BASIC ORIENTATION PLUS® – REIMAGINED FOR TODAY'S WORKFORCE

Industry’s most trusted awareness-level PSM training isn’t going away — it just got a whole lot better.

The Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC) has reimagined the Basic Orientation Plus® (BOP) program to meet the needs of today’s workforce while preserving the gold standard you’ve counted on for decades.

BOP has been reimagined — not replaced — to make safety training more effective and accessible for everyone.

BOP has set the standard for safely onboarding the industrial workforce for 25 years. Now, ARSC has taken it a step further enhancing the program with a more interactive learning experience and flexible delivery options that align with the demands of your job sites and the realities of today’s workforce.

MODERN FORMAT. TRUSTED FRAMEWORK.

  • OSHA-Aligned, Vetted by Industry Experts
Compliant with applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 PSM regulations.
  • Delivered Your Way

OPTIONS FOR TRAINING BETTER SERVE OUR CONTRACTOR WORKFORCE

You don’t need to exclusively commit to one training provider to ensure compliance with safety standards. That’s the power of Basic Orientation Plus® — a program built on reciprocity and integrity, owned and audited by a neutral third party to ensure fairness across the board. If someone’s pushing exclusivity, ask why. And who really benefits.

Not sure which prerequisite safety program is right for you? Our recent blog post breaks it down.
